You need 10 liters of whole milk to produce 1 Kg of Prato cheese?

Very popular in Brazil, this type of cheese was originally produced in southern Minas Gerais, inspired by the Danish Dambo cheese in the 1920s.
The spherical type is a variation with special yeasts which give it a unique flavor and open texture (full of holes).
