Tirolez achieved 21 years of existence when this
new century was beginning.
It achieved not only the chronological adulthood,
but also the status of a Brazilian Company of excellence!
Nowadays the Company produces and trades 44 items
and administers four plants, located in regions with the best
weather conditions and natural pasture, with capability for
processing 360,000 litters/ day of integral milk. This detail doesn’t
seem to be very important, but it is, as the cows fed like that
produce a tasteful milk that is rich of natural propionic yeast,
that are essential for the production of cheese with little holes
and wonderful smell, beside their great taste.
Because of that the cheese called “special” it
offers to the the consumer market (Estepe, Gouda, Esférico, Edam,
Gruyère, Provolone and Reino, among others), are the best ones in
the country, with a large acceptance and preference of the demanding
Brazilian consumers.
Loyal to its origins, it also keeps offering the
cheese of the greatest consumption in Brazil (Prato, Minas Frescal
and Muzzarella) with excellent quality.
Furthermore, it produces the largest line of
Light cheese in the market, being the first company to produce Light
yellow cheese.

Establishing
its marketing action on meetings of strategic planning, formulated
under the coordination of a well known consultant, and after
reformulating its commercial department, Tirolez is ready to act all
over the national territory, with qualitative and quantitative
presence that will surely promote a supported and progressive growth.
Tirolez employs about 300 direct employees, receiving milk produced
by about 1,400 milk producers of the regions of Minas and São Pauo,
contributing in a decisive manner to the development and progress of
the Brazilian dairy market.
Therefore, aiming to develop the concepts and
knowledge about the several kinds of cheese, it offers them to be
tasted by professionals and consumers.
